I began this journey by getting my own Chakras balanced and tuned. Struck by the frequencies of each Chakra, I have taken each one and created a journey of enlightenment through the tunes. Join me in my journey for balance and take a trip through your own chakras.

1. Muladhara The root chakra. Take a seat, stand, get grounded. Let the music flow from the Earth and through your being as you blossom into your tree of life. "I am grounded. Right here. Right now."

2. Svadhisthana The sacral chakra. Buidling from the root up, create your room. What does it look like? What does it encapsule? "I feel strong in this moment in time. Water flows through me."

3. Manipura The solar plexus. What animal represents you? How does your self esteem grow and manifest? "I do my best in every aspect of life. My fire burns bright."

4. Anahata The heart chakra. What are you giving to and receiving from your garden? "I love wholly, deeply, intensely. The air I breathe powers my love."

5. Visuddha The throat chakra. What body of water am I? Why? "I speak with strength and clarity. My intentions are clear."

6. Ajna The Third Eye. How do you see yourself and the world around you? "I see the light of life evolving around me. My light is within."

7. Sahasrara The crown chakra. Where does your staircase lead? What have you learned? "I know that I am enough. My wheel is whole and ever spinning."
